Contact us
One inbox, read by people who can answer. Tell us what you are trying to achieve, when you need it by, and the constraint that worries you most.
Where to write
We do not use contact forms. Email reaches us directly, keeps a record on both sides and lets you attach whatever helps — a brief, a specification, a screenshot of the thing that is broken.
General enquiries
New projects, quotes, partnerships, press and anything that does not fit elsewhere.

This is our registered office and correspondence address. Please email before visiting — we work primarily remotely and cannot guarantee someone will be on site.
What to include
- A sentence or two on the problem or opportunity
- Who it affects — customers, staff, or both
- Any deadline, budget range or hard constraint
- What already exists, if anything
- The best way and time to reach you
None of this is mandatory. A one-line email is a perfectly good start.

If something goes wrong
Email info@vytaltech.org with “Complaint” in the subject line and a description of what happened. We acknowledge within two working days, investigate, and give a written response with our findings and what we intend to do — normally within ten working days. If the answer does not resolve matters, you can ask for it to be reviewed by the company's director, who will respond within a further ten working days.
Ready when you are
A first email does not commit you to anything. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
