Home/About
A London technology company formed in February 2026 to do a straightforward thing well: build and look after software that organisations actually depend on.
Vytal Technology Ltd was incorporated in England and Wales on 22 February 2026 and works from Paul Street in Shoreditch, London.
The company was set up around a simple observation. Plenty of organisations have already bought software that nobody uses, paid for a rebuild that solved the wrong problem, or inherited a system whose original supplier has long since moved on. The technology was rarely the failure. The failure was usually a missing conversation: about what the business actually needed, about what it would cost to own the result, and about who would be accountable when something broke at four in the afternoon.
So we structured the company around those conversations. Engagements are scoped in writing. Progress is shown fortnightly in working software rather than progress bars. Research is a registered part of what we do, not an upsell, because the cheapest feature is always the one you decide not to build. And when a piece of work is finished, the code, the documentation and the operational knowledge belong to the client.
We are new, and we would rather state that than dress it up. What we offer instead of a long client list is a clear method, honest reporting, and terms that let you leave.
These are operating rules, not slogans. Hold us to them.
Scope, price, assumptions, risks and decisions go in writing. If it was not written down, it was not agreed.
Something you can click on within the first fortnight, and every fortnight after that. Bad news travels fast here.
Tests, documentation and plain architecture, so the person who maintains this after us has a fair chance.
When a decision is expensive and contested, we go and find out rather than argue louder.
If we are not the right supplier, or the work is not worth your money, you will hear it from us first.
Personal data is handled under UK GDPR with a written basis, a retention period and a deletion date.
Vytal Technology has a single appointed director, who is also the company's sole shareholder and its person with significant control. Responsibility for the company's commitments therefore sits in one place, and clients always know whose signature stands behind an agreement.
Client work is led by a named engagement lead who stays with the account for its duration. Specialist practitioners — engineers, researchers, infrastructure and security people — are brought in for the parts of an engagement that need them, under the same confidentiality and data protection terms that apply to us.

Whether it is a system to build, a decision to test or an existing platform to take over, the first step is the same: a short conversation about what you are trying to achieve.
